Oh yeah. I'm 33 and I'm done with combat sports. I will go back to the old gym for a farewell training session (it was expected to take place in april before I leave the country but covid happened).
I'm lifting some weights at home and I'm biking a shit ton which I love.
Biking keeps me in shape and does not destroy anything in my body (even running 45 min takes a toll on my knees at this point). I'm even thinking on doing some bikepacking at some point.
Anyways... this no simp september is working great.
Even the super hot girl in my building who usually ignores me checked me out like I'm some sort of piece of meat 2 times this week on the street (I never acknowledged her) and tried to start some small talk on the hallway.
Girl has (or had.. IDK) a 6'3 boyfriend who looks like The Rock on a cycle. I'm half the size of the dude lol.
