No need to turn on Ngannou.

Guy just got more to learn cause he hasn't been do MMA for very long. He got the power, speed and got better IQ than most fighters but just need the cardio and ground game to put everything together. Plus, he lost to a damn good fighter in Stipe. Lasted longer than JDS, Overeem, Werdum and other top guys (not shitting on them but it's true.) Also he learned to never underestimate another fighter again too.

I'm still a big fan, i'm hoping he refines his game and comes back better than ever.

God job from Stipe i take my hate off to him. The man showed why he is the rightful champ.

Better fight IQ than most fighters?

He actually just showed the complete opposite of that.

And he only has power and speed for 3 minutes.

He was terrible, no game plan, took 3 weeks off and underestimated the champ, what a goof.

I agree with everything you said.

Am I allowed a "HAH hah!," though?

You can't just snap your fingers and become a cardio machine, you can't just do a few drills and become a D1 wrestler.

He'll likely be the same as he is now for the rest of his career. A big explosive striker who is very dangerous early on but is prone to tiring and has sub par grappling.

His fight IQ was "Throw haymaker.... hope it lands. Throw haymaker.... hope it lands..... oh, shit... its not landing...... throw super slow haymaker... hope it lands."

One of the worst displays of cardio I've ever seen.
Almost as bad as...

Before the title fight.

Go head brother.

True. It may take a while or it might not ever happen but we can hope.

Ngannou has to pace himself better. He went full bore in the first few minutes there and than he end up gassing hard. It's a five round fight, he obviously thought he was going to knock out Stipe in the first round.

It might have been the smartest approach he could take given his current skill-set.

Fight IQ is doing the most you can with the skill set that you have.

He admit he took Stipe lightly which might be part of the reason he was swinging for the fences last night.

What fight IQ did he show before the fight?

Taking a few weeks off before a title fight?
Trying to make himself look like a bodybuilder?
Throwing punches at Overeem?
