nope never bought the Wii U. Didn't get it and wasn't interested in it. I would have bought it for Zelda but why play it on the old tech when I can play it with the newer one! I would have waited for the next batch if I didn't score a launch console but I did.. so I am happily waiting for next Friday...

What other function? Meh.. its another console to own and its by Nintendo. I own a PC and PS4 and this will be the perfect 2nd console for me. I can use it on the go and most importantly I will be able to play Nintendo games.

You owe it to yourself to pick up a Wii U, even if it's down the road. Soooo many really good games.

We’re doing our best to find faults here but the truth is we’re hugely impressed. We already know some things we can’t talk about here, and other secrets that have been hinted to us by Nintendo. At this stage we’d shocked if this didn’t turn out to be the best Zelda since Ocarina Of Time. It may even surpass it, and since many still regard that as the best video game ever made it becomes almost impossible to overstate just how good Breath Of The Wild is.

Having just completed it, we couldn’t help but think of Horizon Zero Dawn while playing Breath Of The Wild, and how simplistic it now seems compared to Zelda.

Nope. Maybe if they ever do a Wii U virtual console, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that... Hopefully the best Wii U games will get a remake for those that could not enjoy them, although they are already getting Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

I want Mario Maker as well.

I caught that little blip about Horizon:ZD. I plan on getting both, along with other games in the same window. I was planning on playing Zelda first and then Horizon, but now I'm thinking Horizon first so I can jump into Zelda and not feel rushed so I can really take my time.

When something is hyped up to this extent it's bound to disappoint people. Just look at it as being a potentially very good game. If you're expecting the greatest thing in the world you may end up being let down.

It seems as if the Joy Cons are having a big issue where they randomly disconnect pretty often, due to the bluetooth 3.0 signal being weak. They better throw a patch out there to be ready by launch or this could get ugly.

Dude, when any game is hyped to any extent it's bound to disappoint. RDR2 is going to disappoint some people. I still know it's going to be fucking incredible. Same with BOTW.
