Nick Diaz Insane Flexibility

It's a unique advantage that Nick has for sure.

No wonder the guy transitions to omoplatas and gogoplatas so easily.
If he only committed to actually learn how to kick, he has a good eye for kicks from time to time, but his technique is surely lacking.

If either Diaz brother developed a decent kicking game, and wrestling basics, they would be UFC champs.

Fuck that music.

No male fighter will ever have much on BJ in terms of flexibility.

I think Nate is a lot better at kicking, and also better in conventional wrestling.
Nick has a hole in transitions when it comes to wrestling, he can defend takedowns just fine, but his striking defense surely pays for it.
Btw, Nick seemed to be kicking more seriously, and for sure had better awareness of his ooponents kicks in the Anderson fight.
Seems like the time training with Schilling and other good kickboxers is paying dividends for the Diaz bros, they're not quite there yet, but there is an improvement that I had no hope for.

He is especially good at stretching his career with very few significant wins.

pretty easy to be that flexible when youre build like a 14 year old girl. less muscle = more flexibility.
