Honneslty without trolling, Van Damme is absolutly legit

Thoses kickings tecniks would be good in MMA.
Rogan and schaub shit on him because Van Damme said there are no real kicker in the UFC ,mocking him saying he's just an actor.
On the whole roaster ,I can see 2 or 3 fighters thar got good kicks : Wonderboy (who habe the same background than Van Damme) ,Barboza, maybe Jair ?

Van damme stop school at 11 yo for doing Karate all day every day ,at 15 he did Ballet dancing (like GGG) for his body, whent BBer in the same time and became Mr Belgium at 20. Legit Karate Black Belt ,compete in karate like wonderboy but people like rogan shit on him lmao.

They said his kicks are floppy. Ok great, Diaz punch looks floppy but suddenly you became overwhelm by it and you dont know where u are. Same with van damme kicks.

There a reason why Cody was mad at 55yo Van Damme for kicking him in the face. And a reasin why the true Goat of MMA GSP took lesson from him.

Jcvd is actually legit. Even if he got knocked out by Chuck Zito. Chuck Zito is just also very legit and obviously used his skills many times in his life.
