shogun is going to catch a beatdown!

Does Sergei have any fight coming up?

Kharitonov and Shogun. Fucking awesome.

P.S. Rafael Cordeiro is probably the only thing I don't like about Shogun. Great coach, but I don't really like his attitude - especially in the early Chute Boxe days.

'Shogun' has good posture there. Maybe his knees are back!?

I keed. I keed.

Also, Cordeiro is probably one of the best coaches in MMA. No question.

What do you mean?

2 of my favorite 3 fighters EVER in a picture together.

If Nick Diaz ever trained there and was in a Shogun, Nick and Sergei picture it would be the best picture lol.

Shogun is slowly transforming into Cain.

But his wife is still a lucky lady. I still remember the first time the g/f clapped eyes on Shogun. I still feel the aftershocks of the sudden onrush of inadequacy. For a moment I knew the pain of manlets everywhere.

Damn, nice to see.

Would be even nicer to see Kharitonov fight someone better than Garner.

godanm i miss Sergei dude should end his run in the UFC.

WAR SLOGUN!!

I'm not really sure what to make of this post. Maybe I don't want to ask.

A great coach wouldn't have his fighter hard sparring with no pads on just 2 weeks out from one of the biggest cards in MMA history.

He was asked several times over the past years about all the injuries in sparring and always sort of blew them off, like it's so bad ass to train like that.

'Martial Arts Concepts' down the road from me >>>> Kings MMA

I've been to MAC before and it's laughable.

What do you mean?

To him it seemed/seems that there is so time or place for hard, 100% sparring. You just do that shit all the time, no guards or head gear, just a live fight between fuckin killers lol.

It seems he has come along with having head gear and shin guards, but it still seems pretty full blast with him

aka; its not great for longevity, chin, and mental health to do that so frequently like they were

That right there is a good rule of thumb in life and on Sherdog.

Hendo-Shogun I, watching with the lady and she was like "Got-damn, who that is?"

Casuals.
