Ngannou Vs Gane - Who Takes It?

I'd back Ngannou, Gane looked very hesitant vs JDS. I don't think Frank will let him work like that.

Was the first Gane fight I've seen last night and was thinking how if he tried point fighting against Ngannou like that he would have been cracked hard. Think it would be interesting but Ngannou wouldn't do what JDS did.

Gane is a little more technical, especially with his kicks but Ngannou is significantly faster and more powerful. I favor Ngannou because I think he's going to improve greatly the next time we see him.

Everytime I see that GIF though, all that comes to my mind is that technique. Maybe Bob Sapp was on to something.

Sorry, but the fact that Sapp has two wins over Hoost makes me unbelievably angry all the time.

In answer to the thread, Ngannou closes the distance and puts Cyril to sleep, although Gane wore some decent shots from JDS with no effect last night. Kicks are great, but when you're getting bumrushed they're very hard to utilize and Francis is all about that life.

Ngannou is poorly skilled fighter. His time is coming.

Gane is better technically, maintains distance well and has good kicks. He is also slow and far to hittable. That would be disaster again Ngannou.

I get the feeling Francis gasses himself and the manner of Gane's victory depends on whether it's a 3 (dec) or 5 (tko) rounder.

Gane is totally unproven, but Ngannu somehow has worse technique than in his first fight in the UFC.

I'd watch.

Ngannou takes it! Problem for Gane in this fight is he doesn't have power in his hands to match Francis. Francis covers distance well with his power shots, he'll time and catch Gane of a kick.
