Media Ngannou pays respect to Stipe

Do the fighters write these posts themselves or is it their management?

Of course he pays respect, now, after he KOd him like a fool. Did he pay respect before? Hypocrite.

Not a hypocrite, but someone who learned the hard and painful way that he was wrong not to respect him before. You are allowed to change one's opinions for the better, after all.

Deontay Wilder should learn to be humble like Francis.

Accepting your faults is the first step towards improvement
Francis appears to understand this
He will keep improving

And to think there are idiots out there like Dana and his followers that want this false narrative about him being arrogant and egotistical to stick. You cant knock him now, he is being humble...stop reaching. Arrogant is rockhold, jones, Conor, etc.

With Ngannou the sport should be huge, but Dana has cucked out his fighters hard and neutered what should be the apocalyptic clash of the HW division. It all feels so sterile and bland, probably because the fighters spend so much time worrying about getting a good pay, that they don't get to really be themselves. Then again, who is to say that would reap any more money for the organisation, at least this way they keep control.

Constantly battling the fighters to budget their pay makes the sport seem crumby and cheap

Was hoping for more than one hw title fight a year, but now ngannou is getting real picky with his opponents and time. Oh well, One HW championship per year, for the foreseeable future it is.
He isn’t though. He fought Stipe in end of March and was ready for Lewis in September. That’s a very reasonable timeline, considering he went back to visit family in Africa after the title fight.

UFC pushed for beginning of August, just to save the Houston card. He declined.

Now he faces Gane in January and he had to wait on Gane as he just fought in August.

Nelson Mandela destroyed South Africa

Even worse, he plagiarized the GOAT coach -

Short story: Ngannou is defending 10 months after getting the belt because 6 months was too long to wait for the UFC brass.
