It's was most likely filmed at 30fps since it's a phone. The 4k broadcast cameras are probably filming at least 60fps or higher to show slow motion later or in replayes. Imo The format records light differently as well and you're most likely used to seeing certain real life images on the cell phone and used to watching cage fighting with the broadcast cameras.

Stipe is tough as they come mentally and up there physically too, but Francis is pretty much the freak of all freaks in MMA. Those are the kinda punches that can murder someone on the spot. Stipe is lucky.
