The dude charged with pissing on Art Modell's grave is 62 years old. I did not see that coming. I can't believe that old dick knew how to use a camera phone.

Yeah that one stats site - PFF? thought he was the greatest player in the universe. I dunno about that

They had him as DROY even though based on their own stats Sheldon Richardson blew him out of the water. They also had Lacy like 3rd or 4th on the other side. Its a solid site but I hate when people use it as gospel its flawed like any other formula.

Lol yeah that's right, they had him over Richardson, and somehow didn't even have the OROTY race as a two horse race between Allen and Lacy. I was like wat

At least you could make a meehhhh argument about Keenan Allen winning Offensive, but there was no argument for anybody beating Richardson for Defensive

Why do we have to be so fucking deep at OLB and so thin at ILB?

Apparently this Elliott fellow is just besmirching everyone, but we already have Pepp, Matthews, Neal, Perry, Bradford, and (assuming he makes the cut) Hubbard. Bradford is the only one of the bunch that seems could translate to ILB and the coaching staff has repeatedly said they are keeping him at OLB. Also, sounds like Perry, coming off the injured list, is still pretty unimpressive.

Also, Tretter needs to watch himself. He's already on many fan's bad side by virtue of replacing EDS. And he's had a shit camp so far.

I don't want to say this like Im saying it in hindsight, but I never liked the Perry pick. I believe he was moving from a 4-3 in college to a 3-4, not a big fan of getting guys like that in general who have never stood up before. Him and Neal bother the shit out of me, they can never stay healthy.

Was EDS really a fan favorite? I never really noticed. I personally didn't really care for him either way however he was a lot better than Saturday's corpse the year before. I don't know anything about what Tretter is doing but Linsley is having a great camp, that job might not be clear cut after all.

Shame about Barclay btw, hes meh but hes a great backup that can play anywhere, takes a hit on the depth chart.

Their rating system is iffy at best, but PFF posts a lot of cool stats.

PFF isnt a say all end all by any means. They post a lot of homer bullshit.

Overall though its an awesome source. Love reading the numbers they crunch.

I didn't scout that draft a ton to be honest (or the 2013 draft....college, ya know). I remember liking Hightower and Chandler Jones and not really caring who they picked when both were off the board. I'm also not huge on using high picks to convert DE's to a LB position to ostensibly use solely as a blitzer...seems like a waste. Perry does have a powerful first step, though. Looking back, that was just a shit draft with a bunch of guys who either sucked or can't stay healthy to show they don't suck. Mike Daniels is the only contributor from that class.

And, yeah, I considered EDS a fan favorite since he was our first good center since Wells left and was famously supported by his good friend Aaron "my requests should mean a lot to the GM" Rodgers.

Tretter isn't looking that great. I'm also hearing good things no Linsley. I liked that pick a lot. Boy has grit. Also, I think the loss of Barclay is pretty shitty. Those type of utility guys are really convenient to have around.

loling at snyder trying to say redskin means honor and respect

absolutely, I wasn't trying to make it sound like its a terrible site or anything. It has a lot of useful stuff on it. I just don't like when people solely use it, or any one thing, to form an opinion on something.

And yeah the rating system can be skewed a bit. Im pretty sure it doesn't factor level of competition in so that can make players better than they really are or vice versa.

Oh shit, I just noticed the Jerry Jones posts. That is hilarious. Lol @ the nutjob who wrote all of that.

Biermann is a douche and was clearly in the wrong in that whole clip. It looked like he was getting frustrated he was getting shown up by a rookie.

Really bothered me when he was whining about 45 getting in his face. Just because he's a rookie doesn't mean he bows down to you on the field. He's trying to earn his spot on the team and instead of loving his intensity Kroy just bitches about it. That kinda mentality is why we won 4 games last year. I really hope that guy makes the team.

That Hard Knocks has me ready for the season. Oklahoma drill in pads is one of the funnest things you can do in practice. To see those behemoths do it in training camp is so trill. I remember some good battles in the Bengals season.

I love my Mizzou dogs, but Moore is going MC Hammer on that house. I bet he's trying to terraform his basement.

FalCans are a boring team. Almost fell asleep during that episode

Does anyone else believe that Teddy Bridgewater will be the best quarterback from the 2014 draft class? People based way too much on his pro day, IMO. His game tape is solid. I hope he runs with the starting QB job.

As a Dez owner in a keeper league, and someone who wants to see Romo prove his critics wrong, this isn't good news.

I was hoping to get Romo in the middle rounds of fantasy football, but I may have to adjust.

Teddys got the best offense out of the rookies imo. I like Bortles long term tho

It's so hard when projecting QB growth. Hell, I thought Jeff George was going to be great. I thought Eli would never lead his team anywhere near the Super Bowl. Meanwhile, Brady went in the sixth round and Kurt Warner wasn't even drafted.

I think Bridgewater will be better than Bortles both short and long term, though. He has better weapons right now - though the Jaguars have some halfway decent options. They aren't as devoid as they were in seasons past. I just like Bridgewater better than any other QB in this draft (which admittedly was a weak QB draft).

Segwaying to the Jaguars:

Josh Gordon expexted to miss at least 8 games...

...just fucking announce it already.
