Don Barclay was out utility guy on the OL and could play any position. Losing him is much worse than Abby or Colt. Who gives a flying fuck about losing Colt Lyerla.

Canvin canjamin is the future GOAT. Can to canjamin will be the most explosive duo since culpepper to moss.

Now Colt can go back to sitting on Infowars and being worthless.

His production was never going to be that great playing on that team. Florida State may have been the most loaded college team we've seen in 10 years. If they were in more competitive games, I'm sure his numbers would have been better.

Greg Cosell also said Benjamin was a more natural athlete than Evans on film (he had Benjamin ranked higher as well). Evans looks a little tighter to me. Benjamin looks more fluid and natural. I like Evans more but Benjamin's ceiling is higher. The age is the big thing for me.

This doesn't look like a guy with speed concerns.

I agree with you about him being more fluid than Evans. I'm not sure why Evans has received the level of praise he has. His brand of "go up and get it" playing style should be far less effective against substantively larger NFL defensive backs. He'll have to learn to get separation and play before the catch.

Also, I'm not sure those are the best gifs to illustrate why KB will properly translate to the pros. Those are exactly what you won't often see: jumping to make an uncontested catch and striding out untouched through a defensive backfield.

Also, even if timed measurements are imperfect, I still prefer them to selectively chosen highlight gifs. Here are two players that wouldn't see to have speed concerns.

These are Jarvis Landry and my boy Jarrett Boykin. They both timed at 4.77, making them the two slowest receivers of their respective draft classes. Better yet, the latter two were against pro defensive backs: not UFA's finest. And, I assure you, Boykin has speed problems for days.

That's a very bold statement. I might say he has more fluid hips than Evans, but I wouldn't go beyond that. I think Evans has some bust potential as well. There isn't a sure thing WR prospect like Megatron, Larry Fitzgerald, or even Andre Johnson in this class imo.

I read an except from an article about KB that criticized his production, citing that it was alarmingly low given his the disparity in size and age between him and his competition. They specifically cited advanced age as a strong determiner of college success at skills positions. Not surprising considering a lot of these guys are still growing even into their NFL playing days.

We were so loaded it isn't surprising he didn't have that much production.

I understand that. That doesn't negate uncertainty, though.

Also, I'm not a KB or FSU hater or anything. FSU has always been my "favorite" team, even though I mostly watch college ball for the prospects. I'm pretty sure the only reason I began rooting for FSU was because Miami was the powerhouse when I first got into football and FSU was their rival and I tend to root against favorites....that, and because FSU's jerseys are dope. I just think there's a lot to be concerned about when it comes to Benjamin's projections.

Also, what do you think of Joyner and Brooks translating to the NFL?

Brooks was my favorite safety prospect (for the Packers) and Joyner was my favorite college player regardless of position. I could see them, especially Joyner, struggling to translate though.

He's a beast, he went under the radar for us but he was our first 1000 yard rusher since Warrick Dunn

Desmond Trufant could become a Top 5 CB this season.

Freeman was the most underrated RB in the country. Love how hard that dude runs. Always busting his ass.

Trufant has big potential and is fast as fuck, but I think the chances of that are 0. He is underrated though

Lol never thought I'd see Jake Matthews in a scrum

Yeah that one stats site - PFF? thought he was the greatest player in the universe. I dunno about that

Those website are fucking retarded sources... Its a bunch of idiots like us making shit up.... Like anybody else.
