Green Bay has the smallest market in all of sports yet still supports a successful franchise/brand. The stadium capacity makes up a fifth of the entire city population. Yet they continue to sell out games and season ticket waiting list is legendarily long. And they don't have the regional benefits that Seattle does (Seattle is in a football power vaccum, drawing fans from all over the Northwest) since Green Bay is surrounded by the larger markets of Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota, Cleveland, Indianpolis, etc.

let's not pretend that the green bay franchise doesn't have it's own benefits as it relates to fans, like being community owned in the first place. if the jaguars were a public owned team they would likely have a greater following as well. that simply can't happen for any other franchise; the nfl won't allow it.
