Maybe he and Ray were jerking each other off.

Hes playing at a premier LT level getting paid well below that. Protecting a 125 mil investment. Gave up one sack last year (granted the outcome sucked).
Hell get a restructure.
Conley signed today.
Ill check my venmo.I'm about to throw some stupid money around lol
Meh. When a player sucks the team can cut him and save money depending on the guarantees but when a player out performs his deal people want him to honor his contract. It goes both ways.

Yeah I've though about it more and it definitely won't hurt to restructure his deal and give him a more money. He's definitely earned it. Plus releasing Howard and Jones adds about 4.7 million back to the cap so there is more money to give around. However, I don't think he is getting top 10 money or more years added to his existing deal (maybe one year). That's doubling his current salary and he's 34 and nearing the end of his career. His play could fall off a cliff at any point. Plus, Reggie's gotta keep the cap flexible for future signings.
Timing could be way worse though, ill take a late sept return at the lastest.Fucking camp injuries. Shane Ray out 6-8 weeks. Torn ligament in his wrist.
It will be short. I imagine this will be his last season with the Raiders.Yeah I've though about it more and it definitely won't hurt to restructure his deal and give him a more money.
