Hes been crazy bad with fumbles and decision making (specifically taking balls out of the deep end zone and getting stopped at the 10).

Belichick has been quick to put guys in the doghouse in the past, I mean Steven Ridley lived in that thing. Any time he put the ball on the ground he was out for the game. He did bench Jones for I think 2 games but it hasn't seemed to help and hes still a dumbass.

It's foolish for a highly paid college coach to leave a program to go to the NFL. He gets to recruit whoever he can get where in the NFL, he's limited by the draft and salary cap.
