I don't see how. He recovered at the one and voluntarily rolled into the end zone. It should be a safety, but will probably be placed at the one. A touchback would be bullshit.

it looked like a safety at first. but he didnt have full possession of the ball until he was in the endzone so i think they rule that a touchback.
