A big contract yes. But If he’s a bust, teams will give a top 5 player nine lives before realizing they are not nfl material versus a guy taken 25-50. But again, hard to fault an offensive player to not want to play for the JETS, they make the Steelers look like the greatest show on turf by comparison.

No, if the Jets remain an absolute shit show he'll get another shot in Carolina or as a back up with the 49ers. He doesn't need a huge extension he just needs another contract. High picks get 2nd contracts.
