If I as a brand new coach showed up to any fucking franchise and took them to consecutive playoffs with those QBs they would build statues of me. They would talk about me around the fire 30 years from now and have posters of me on their walls. I would be “back when we had cheeks and things were good”. If I was at a shit franchise like the raiders (no offense @PUO3) they would treat me LIKE A GOD.

As opposed to what? What has this team accomplished under him over the last decade? We are supposed to be satisfied with a non losing season and a first round blow out loss because poverty franchises like the Jets and Dolphins exist? The franchise has hit all time lows when it comes to playoffs under him (losing streak, losing margins, etc etc.) He has a worse playoff record than both Noll and Cowher.

This franchise needs a reset top to bottom. If that includes some down years where they win less than 5 games so be it because the way they have operated over the last 5+ years has gotten them no where.
