Fucking training camp coverage blowing up my expectations.

Whatcha thinking for the skwad this year? i.e. the way too early expectations for your team

PS- went to Denver this month. Had a great time. Almost makes me want to hate the team less. 'Almost" being the operative word

That shit always gets reimbursed for stars.

Thinking prettayyy positive. Think they’re at least a WC and possible division winner at best.

Line is still a big concern but moving Leary to his natural position at LG should help Bolles develop. Might actually be decent.

Rookies are flashing in camp which isn’t something I’ve heard in a while. Skill positions are flashing. Keenum dropping dimes.

Chubb is being billed as better than advertised.

Would legit be surprised with another losing season. I personally think they’re being slept on quite a bit.

Glad you enjoyed Denver. Almost impossible not to lol. Hit up any of the spots I suggested?

Caught some coverage of that degenerate Vonathan showing off/teaching pass rush moves today. It always surprises me how much thought and technique goes into what these guys do.

You watch and it just looks like a bull rushing forward, but theyre playing chess with their hand positioning and what not.

Love that shit. Von can literally eat shit and live but hes fun to watch/listen to. Much hespect. (Pls get suspended for the year tho.)

Yeah, it seems like Denver has righted the ship from last year for sure. I could see them being contenders if everything pans out. Thats the rub with the AFC West- it really is wide open. The Chargers are the rightful favorite and should be. I just cant imagine the injury bug will stay with them for another year. Having said that, KC has owned them for a long time. Even if the Chiefs dont win the division, sweeping the Chargers could have a yuge impact on it.

So far in Chiefs camp, it is par for the course for the offense- sans Kareem Hunt apparently showing up out of shape. To offset that, Ware has looked healthy and fit.

For the defense, Im concerned about the secondary (obviously) and Sutton's stubborn nature to stick with his scheme. Also, Reggie Ragland hasnt practiced yet because of knee swelling. Something to keep an eye on because ILB could go from a position of strength (Hitchens, Ragland) to awful real fast.

I did hit up one of your recs in Denver. Had a good time. You did well. Wasnt even poisoned or jumped.

Yeah, one of the best recent examples which was just posted here was D-Ware setting up Joe Staley in a fake spin. He set it up all night and ended up embarrassing him.

Shit is an art. Chubb couldn’t have found himself in a better position. Von and Ware as coaches, basically.

Hoping Gruden continues trying to reach Mack via Hooters waitress. “You see a guy, about this big, yay high, name Max, you tell him I’m ready to talk when he is.”

Exciting times in the West. Chargers are already feeling that injury bug but I agree, should be the favorites.

Hadn’t heard about Hunt showing up out of shape. That’s a shame...

You weren’t poisoned or jumped? My dudes fell through.

Mahomesless AFC west teams pretending like they have any hope this season is hilarious

I really hope Mack gets there sooner than later. Arden Key is turning heads and embarrassing people. Irvin has taken a strong mentoring role to him, but I have to assume it would do a lot of good to have Mack there also.

Rofl if this division ends up with two more good pass rushers.

Looking at it, I really have no idea if the Vikings or GB should be the favorites to win the NFC North. Packers seem to be improved all around, and with Rodgers healthy that team will always be tough. But most of the Vikings team from last year is returning, with Cousins under center and Dalvin Cook being healthy again so they should be pretty damn good again. I think it may come down to the wire over which team takes it.

Yes, I know the Lions and Bears exist. No, neither of them have a prayer barring some miracle. Bears are getting better but they ain't that good yet, and the Lions are still the fucking Lions.

Goodwin has been destroying him but not a big surprise there as speedsters have always been his weak point. Theyll probably be smart to keep him off of those guys.

1v1 without pressing = RIP Sherman. Never been real fast (although he looks slower there), but has always been great at pressing and pushing guys into the defense

And the injuries start early for the Packers.

Brice and Ryan both carted off the other day with Ryan now having a confirmed ACL tear. Fun
