In Lousiana it was Jay, he was similar to Boog, but friendlier and didn't talk shit when I listened to Dimmu Borgir in my car, would freestyle to it (somehow, and made it sound good). Hes always open, has great hands, and has a great QB throwing him the ball. You already know I think HerbGOAT is only behind Allen and Mahomo. Hes just got some pretty significant inconsistencies, but I still take him over every other QB besides those 2.
Keenan Allen has great routes and hands for sure. I do think Herbert has the best ball placement in the league now that Rodgers is older.
