I have nothing to base this stuff on other than optics of the team but I dont think Stefanski was making all these QB decisions.

And, Stefanski just won COTY without Baker too. I couldnt even tell you who was playing QB without googling it.

Yeah, i think an org will take playoff wins over “this team sucks so bad that they’ve somehow not sucked as bad as we thought” awards. Not defending the Browns, they’re a shit-tier org, but Stefanski seemed to just be a passenger who couldn’t elevate the team anymore. He made some really stupid decisions this year

Youre not wrong. Theres really narrow margins between good decisions and bad decisions though. Dan Campbell is a perfect recent example, when it works you are a genius when it fails you are a retard.

Just cant see all the good during Stefankski’s time there and say he was the problem. That doesnt mean he was blameless or the answer either.
