Stefanski built a good team and blew it up by not backing Baker. As well, he has had some horrendous game-managing and hasn’t been developing guys in the last 2 seasons. He didnt seem to want to be there tbh

I get the impression he was micro managed a lot. The Mayfield debacle had Haslam and Berry's fingerprints all over it. Just like trading away Flacco this year, and not even offering him a place last year.

I have nothing to base this stuff on other than optics of the team but I dont think Stefanski was making all these QB decisions.

And, Stefanski just won COTY without Baker too. I couldnt even tell you who was playing QB without googling it.

My only criticism from afar is that their fresh new rookie rb who looked amazing snapped his leg in half taking snaps on a dead season and fannin fucked leg doing the same.

You get a few young pieces in place then hurt them all playing in a dead season….idk lol. Not ideal but also what do you expect from any team eating 85 mil in dead cap
