I think they should keep Pierce permanently.

He deserves a shot with some experienced coaches on the sideline with him.

At a minimum, I think they win their first of 3-5 Super Bowls.

In all honesty, if they are competitive through the rest of the season/win games theyre not supposed to (like today vs Chiefs), Pierce is getting the job. They are playing well and playing very hard for him. The players love him and there was an immediate change when he took over.

AOC has some promise, but they need to draft another QB. Let him and a top prospect battle it out in camp.
