I don’t think Spags is a great D coordinator, but he is above avg overall and makes some great game plans in the postseason.

also- how many blue chip players do the Chiefs have on defense?

They are playing 3 rookie CBs (McDuffie starting, Williams/Watson sharing snaps), Karlaftis is starting at DE , Chenal is getting like 25% of defensive snaps at SAM, and Bryan Cook gets time as a dime safety.

with that many rookies playing significant time you really think that they should be ‘rite’ ? Srs question, no snark to a fellow fan

I like our rookies they have been impressive. I'm weary of them in the post season going against burrow and Allen but we will see. I think my problem with Spags is inconsistency. It's not a good rep to have as your defense being slow starters. Or how they've basically said " we don't mind giving up big yard because our offense can make it up".

If we win the Superbowl I'll probably change my tune and be all "Go spags you MFer!!!!"
