Trap bar, dumbbells, slantboard, jumprope. Also have some mats for when my boys get too rowdy and have to take a field trip to suplex city.

Gonna steal my mom’s elliptical soon and just put it in the bedroom so my fat ass can watch these piece of shit primetime games and be EFFICIENT

Dude I've anted an elliptical for years but I cant convince myself I should be doing that instead of riding my bike or going for a run. Elliptical is top tier shit though
