It is getting bent over when they cant even give you a service you literally pay for. You choosing to pay for a product that is subject to change on a whim because of something outside of your control is asinine IMO. If you went to the game and they kicked you out for the last quarter you'd be pissed. This is an extension of paying for a ticket.
