With Rapeson contract, this is actually a smart move by the Browns. Get as many young and cheap qb’s as possible and hope one hits. Maybe this will light a fire under Shedeur’s ass. He may actually have to compete just to make the roster on a shitty team. If he can’t do that, then he ain’t it anyways.
