Aidan O'Connell, our backup, is capable, but it seems he has reached his ceiling. He doesn't suck, but he isn't exactly inspiring. It's time to bring in another guy to develop. You never know about QBs. Some develop and become solid starters.

I like AOC, very good teammate, has a good but not great skillset. I think we have seen enough to see like you said that he has reached his ceiling. He won't go out and win a game but he has shown he can lose a game.

Having a revolving door of coaches and OCs hasn't helped but at this point I'd go the route of developing someone new.
