If he is/ will be the starting QB he would be taking 1st team snaps he is not.

There is just too much hype for the 4th qb in the room to receive. They are pitching sales woutes to other teams.


Also the Browns had mayfield went to divisional playoff game. Next season he leaves Cleveland go to Panthers, LA
Ends up in Tampa bay they go consecutive playoffs.

He is Primetimes kid. He interviewed like a dick head (shocker, again Deion’s kid) and in any other time period was a 3rd-4th round talent. The overreaching on QB’s has reached astronomical levels, this one just happened to come with a circus attached to it.

That said, I think every team that needed a QB and let him go beyond the 3rd round was laughably stupid. I suspect they were all sitting around wondering why no one else was taking him so moved it down their boards as well.

Hopefully some humble pie serves him well and he learns from it. He is talented and I would bet the house hes the Browns QB1 by midpoint of the season.

Shiloh got the message when he went undrafted. He dropped his dad as his manager and agent, and hired a real agent and got picked up by the Bucs in free agency. He still has to make the roster, but at least he is attempting to do things on his own.

I'm still surprised he got picked in the first, it ended up being warranted, but every time I see a guy with all the physical skill and lacks the attention to detail it scares the fuck out of me evaluating talent. Although Lmr did trick me into thinking Canthony Richardson could make it in the NFL.

I was yuge on Lamar as a prospect. His passing was really good, he just had silly mechanic tendencies that held him back from the big throws. I didnt understand the lack of support for him in the draft at all.

My working theory on all hype is cause ? Come September 2025 Sanders will be on Browns practice squad for another team to pick up.
