I know he's similar but Wilson isn't even 30 yet. Huge price to pay for a backup. I heard the rumors but doesn't make sense. As a 49ers fan I'd welcome the move as it doesnt help them at all in the short term. Unless they plan on moving on from Wilson soon.

I think the Jags should take him if he slides. That makes more sense. Bortles will Bortle it up and Jackson can come in and take over later in the year or next year.
