I thought it popped out because he got the wind knocked out of him with his back hitting the ground but he was already down. defender had an arm in there but I don’t think it was a tie?

Did they rule it that way based on him having 2 hands on the ball regardless of the position of the ball relative to the players?

From what they said he never had control of it so he couldnt have been down, therefore it never hit the ground and is an INT. Its retarded as fuck because in that instance its never a catch but always an int. 100% subjective even though Cooks clearly pulled it in.
