I can't see it happening, to be honest. I thought the whole falling out between them is why Russ left Seattle in the first place. It doesn't make sense for them to suddenly reunite, but I'm also not fully in the loop on their situation in Seattle.

I dont want him. I want dogs like Crosby and Baker that try to kill you every play. Wont complain if he comes on board though because their options right now are terrible regardless.

But to play devils advocate, the Raiders dont have a culture other than being pathetic jokes and a terrible org for 20+ years. At least Cornball has been there and done it.

Regardless of what aura they want to maintain from previous generations, they should be begging for any form of a winning culture. There are a couple dudes on the team that represent the old school image well (Crosby, Wilkins, Hobbs, Powers-Johnson etc) but they can take those locker room cigars and shove them up their ass until theyre a contender as far as Im concerned.
