Bills need an impact DE. Need to trade firsts for either Garrett or Crosby. They’ll just use them to draft cans if they keep them.

This. I can't even blame the loss on him this year. Thought he coached well it's just that refs are hard to over come and Reid is better than every coach in the league.

Only way he gets canned is if Allen demands it.

They’ll can him and bring in panther legend Ejiro Evero after next season.

Too late to get rid of him now. The only coach with a name out there now is McCarthy. I've said it before but the Bills overachieved this year so unless they completely fall apart next year (which is possible) I think McDermott stays until the start of the 2026-2027 season. Taylor, Steichen, McDaniel and Daboll will all likely be gone before McDermott.

Then fucking hire McCarthy, or Gruden... someone, ANYONE else

"Too late" GTFO, if you have that mindset this dude will be here until Allen declines, winning nothing

Holy fuck, this image! lmao!! Sean Bin LaDermitt!

What about that game are you blaming him for? The 4th down conversion? The Chiefs “catch” that was clearly on the ground? Kincaid not being able to catch?

All of them, I'm blaming his dumbass for continuing to hire offensively retarded, well, retards, for OCs. The team consistently has communication breakdowns which is 100% a coaching fault.

Have you not seen the last 3 postseasons? Are you giving him a pass for the offensively terrible playcalling?

Which part of the game was a communication breakdown/his fault? Struggling to see the correlation in this instance.

Bills very likely win that game without two awful calls and/or a bad drop by Kincaid.

This is like trying to blame Harbaugh for Andrews butter fingers.

It's the classic overreaction by people for not winning and looking at what exactly took place in the game. The "He can't win the big games" reason and then not looking at who would be better to replace him. They just want teams to make a change for the sake of making a change. That's how good teams get bad really quick.

Kincaid was a non factor all season…he has two bad knees…hopefully he has a good off season…

Only chance the Iggles have is to break Mahomo’s leg early. Lig's not keeping the script for country boy, conservative, god loving, whitey Wentz to save the day even if he wasn't a can. Is Ritchie Incognito still available? Just giving him Mahomo's cell phone # may be enough. If not, convert him to DE for a play. Suh's still around too doing pre game / half time for the British broadcasts.

Nah, I'm in the South Metro of the Twin Cities. It was cozy today  I even went for a run for the first time in a couple months. My cardio is dead.

Defensively there was multiple breakdowns in communication after showing man. The most obvious is the last play by Perine. They had everyone covered, and someone checked and the other player didnt pick him up. It happens a few times throughout the game. It also happened against the Ravens. The Raven's game they had an excuse because of the option. The big play by Schuster and I think one of Worthy's was just bad communication.

No, this is a constant problem with him as a HC/DC. On the back end when you guys had Hyde and Poyer the communication on the back end was great. Even when they were out. Those guys were great for the defensive side of the ball as a whole, not just their positions.
