Patrick Graham stays put hopefully, doesnt look like hes getting a HC job. They interviewed their own d-line coach and also the Seahawks assistant Karl Scott (he was a Carroll hire and the only one the current regime retained).

Havent heard anything about an OC yet.

Too late to get rid of him now. The only coach with a name out there now is McCarthy. I've said it before but the Bills overachieved this year so unless they completely fall apart next year (which is possible) I think McDermott stays until the start of the 2026-2027 season. Taylor, Steichen, McDaniel and Daboll will all likely be gone before McDermott.

This. I can't even blame the loss on him this year. Thought he coached well it's just that refs are hard to over come and Reid is better than every coach in the league.
