How is it that they cant exactly? 10 win Playoff team with some of the absolute worst QB play in the entire league.
Did you actually watch any of the Steelers games this year, or for the last 2-3 years for that matter? They were out played in most of the games they did win this year, shit I think in almost all of their wins they were out gained by the other team on offense. They won games by the other teams beating themselves (see Baltimore dropping 50 passes in the first game, resting starters in the second game, etc) or by Watt making massive plays. This is all even more evident when they play actual good teams, especially in the playoffs, they get absolutely smoked. Shit they dropped back to back home games against 2 win teams.

In their last 5 playoff games the Steelers have been outscored 66-0 in the first quarter, losing by an average of 10 points. They did pretty much nothing with the second half of Ben's career minus one run to the AFC championship where they got smoked by the Patriots. There is nothing about this team that gives any indication they are going a true competitive playoff team any time soon, especially being in the meat grinder that is the AFC north now.

You see that game where they lost to Tim T-Bone in the playoffs?

I think that was the moment I really became a Steelers cynic. I was so confident going into that OT. They couldn't even beat us with just a field goal, cause the rules had just been changed. I don't think I've expected the Steelers to win a playoff game since, maybe that one Miami game where Ajayi was out.

I think sticking with Tomlin and Pickett is reasonable. Pickett is still on his baby contract. If the offense spends a bunch of the season looking like shit though, I think you'll finally see the push to move on from Tomlin from the masses. We all doubted the Arthur Smith hiring, and it might turn out pretty good, but if it doesn't it really should point to some inherent inability to evaluate coordinators. It's been like a decade since we had one that even decent, that's not just random chance.
Stillers are gonna find out real quick Arthur Smith fucking sucks.

It was the 2017 playoff game against the Jags for me. That was the last year I really thought they could win it all and they proceeded to let Fournette and Blake Bortles jump out to a 21 nothing lead at home. I have been wanting major coaching/franchise changes since then but nope, everyone is cool with a barely winning season with the occasional ass beating in the playoffs now.

I did, and for the second time Ill point out they had some of the absolute worst QB play in the entire NFL. You know, the most important position in all of sports?

I was ready for that one. The only game I ever got to see at Heinz was when the Jags pounded them 30-9. I got to see Ben throw 5 INTs.

Everyone starting to realize what we’ve all said about JaJalen being a can

Bout time everyone else realized he's a fucking can. Without him getting ass blasted 6 times a game his scoring runs would be non-existent.

He's definitely gonna be ready for a life after football, in 3/4 years when his male only adult film career is really gonna flourish. Dude's gonna be ready to catch a freight train.

Better question, how many wins have you seen live?
Few. Very few.
How many stabbings though?
Been to ~100 Raider games in Oakland, Ive never seen anything outside of arguing and throwing drinks. Mind you a lot of that was childhood so maybe I just wasnt in the right areas, but its really not what its made out to be.
