A while back I ordered some gear from their site. I got 1/2 of the products I ordered(and was charged for all of them). After multiple phone calls and emails with little to no response(one reply was exactly this: "They are on the way"), I finally gave up on them and had my bank get me my money back.
Never got any kind of response after that, so fuck those guys. They don't have their shit together, they're shady, and there are plenty of retailers out there who can top them.
Mind you, this is Micc's I'm referring to, not NextMove. I've never dealt directly with them, but I don't like the company they keep.

I ordered my primetimes from nextmove and got them a week later. Experience of 1, but my experience was fine.
