A lot has changed over the last couple of years especially bringing in WMMA, USADA, Reebok, IV bans and early weigh-ins.

What might be next?

I could imagine banning coaching during fights...

Thoughts?

lol... I'm not even sure how to answer ths...

Next big change would probably be a midget division (still waiting for this) or the Ali Act (hopefully not)

In all honesty...a good move might be to have ex-MMA fighters judge the fights instead of boxing referees and the like who have no actual clue what they're looking at

But the states give them the judges right? So how would you get former MMA fighters in there?

To do that, you'd have to draw a sketch of every fighter's association, camp, partners and friends. Then, you'd have to make the effort of removing him when his friends are fighting. You can't have DC judging Cain's fight or Nick judging Nate's fight, can you? Or a AKA alum judging a fight where another AKA alum is fighting.

It's a whole dirty snake nest. Ask Ricardo Almeida how he liked his judging "career"...
