2. Device
3. Browser
4. Company/Product of ad
5. A screenshot if possible
6. Brief description of how the ad is a problem
7. Page/Pages affected
8. Date and time of occurrence

    Now that I have time to reflect, I realize that rules can be made after the fact. So I lose, whatever. I wear my PrideFC hat all the time, and the Sherdog hat would just stay on the shelf.
