    Kasich at +4,000 isn't a terrible bet. He's sort of a reasonable, experienced candidate, and if the Trump hype dies off, people might start flocking to that sort of pick.

    Rubio is done after his "Robot" debacle.

    A few of those guys aren't even running. Bloomberg, Webb, Ryan, Biden, O'Malley... They're all out of the race, or were never in it.


    The best bets on the table are Trump, Sanders, Kasich.
