A deep dive into the dark world of incels, lookism, PUA and "blackpill science".

“Truth4lie” was an early user name; over the next few years, he’d use others. His depression lingered well into his 30s. He started an online editing business and moved into his parents’ house in a small village in the Netherlands, where he knew almost no one. Most days, he would work from home, post on the forums, then eventually dress — leather jacket, torn jeans, fingerless leather gloves — and take a walk around the village, silently cataloguing how many people glanced at him or returned a smile.

The sight of certain women began to bother him. When a woman he hired turned out to be beautiful, he fumed online: “An 8/10 girl works for me since today. I’m going to dominate the hell out of her. Trust me, I’m going to kill her confidence.” Women with babies ignited anger, too. “Every time I pass by a pram, it fills me with disgust to know that she has ruined her body and chose to reproduce with another guy,” he wrote. Other users responded with gifs: angry WWE faces, a cackling Nic Cage. “Seeing women taking care of their sons is the only situation in which I don’t hate them,” agreed one user named Biebercel.

How far will you go to be Chad??

Too much soy, thats their problem!

This whole narrative that any form of masculinity is "toxic" really pisses me off!

So many things wrong in teh world yet masculinity isnt one of them!

I've never understood the soy thing. Are we talking soy sauce? I love soy sauce and wasabi on my sushi.

Not sure off hand if it's proven definitively, but apparently soy products induce the body to react in a way that produces estrogens.

I don't have my scientific hat on today sorry.

this is the most sympathetic mainstream reporting of incels that has ever been published. It is written to pity rather than villainize them.

They need a good ass kicking.

How are these weirdos raised? Are they all citiot kids who've never done anything? Who is raising these kids? I don't think I've ever met one, not that I'm complaining.

Can someone define what an incel even is please.

Shit. I guess I have to switch to chili sauce and wasabi then.

It's a myth, I wouldn't worry about it. Never been proven by a legit study. In fact there was a meta analysis done in 2009 that found soy products may help reduce risk of prostate cancer in men. It doesn't effect you hormonally in any way though.

Mammalian hormones are unaffected by phytoestrogens. If anything milk would be way more incendiary than soy where hormones are concerned.

Why are these Incels getting plastic surgery when their real problem is having no balls?

I've been seeing this word everywhere. Just finally looked it up.

lmao.

how fucking sad this shit is getting coverage..

what a time to be alive.

also fun fact. the first time incel was used it was actually a girl documenting her sexual inactivity with others. she later realised she was gay.

History
The first online community to use the term "incel" was started in 1993 when a Canadian university student known only by her first name, Alana, created a website in order to discuss her sexual inactivity with others.[12][19][20][21] The website, titled "Alana's Involuntary Celibacy Project",[12] was used by people of all genders to share their thoughts and experiences. In 1997, she started a mailing list on the topic that used the abbreviation INVCEL, later shortened to "incel", for "anybody of any gender who was lonely, had never had sex or who hadn't had a relationship in a long time".[22] During her college career and after, she realized she was queer and became more comfortable with her identity. She stopped participating in her online project around 2000[23] and gave the site to a stranger

yeah, the current usage is far removed from the original intent- which was simply a person who wanted sex but could not get it. It's become it's own subculture now and a lot of that has to do with Elliot Rodger.

Incel's are now ingrained in pop culture.

Bunch of little sellouts, those nancy-boys are.
