So, I'm looking to put on some more muscle and weight for Judo... My first question is whether I should use Weight Gain or Whey Protein... I might go to class from 6-7 AM for BJJ or Judo and was thinking of drinking a shake of Weight Gain, pre-class, or should I do it after the class? I've heard that its good to use Whey Protein right after the workout instead of the Weight Gainer...So should I drink 2 weight gain shakes, one in the morning when I wake up and one before I go to sleep?...I'll probably just use Whey Protein after workouts, and take another weight gain shake inplace of the Whey on my off days of lifting... Also, I will take creatine, and I was wondering what companies are the best overall?...I've heard EAS and V12 are pretty good, but any pointers would help...
