The slogans are all appropriate and highly relevant to the main event: a reference to reach in the Gus-Jones fight, to power in the Hendricks fight etc.

It's a new design trend across many new mediums including web/mobile, posters, and business branding. It's called flat form or flat design, now popularized by iOS7. The theme encompasses clean fonts and minimalistic backdrops
