Not really, the thread title usually gives it away.

They typically start out with something like:

'Why can't I...'
'Why was my ....'
'What happend to my......'

It's certainly more visually appealing than the last one.

It strikes a good balance between the full site and the old mobile skin. Since almost everybody surfing mobile is on a smartphone, no need to be as bare as it was anymore.
