Media NEW Footage of Conor McGregor SPARRING ahead of UFC 257

I think Conor will win, but how has he improved more? Conor was probably better (or at least just as good) when he beat Siver, Aldo, Chad, Dustin then he is now

Better results. 2 titles to 0. More impressive wins, less terrible losses.

That there is EXACTLY why Conor gets tapped everytime he encounters resistance... his training partners are all pushover “yes” men.

He constantly posts goofy clips like these of YouTube moves that would never work in a real fight against a quality opponent... let alone with his Irish-Tier grappling.

He solely trains as the hammer and not the nail. It’s why he QUITS in 100% of his losses.

He was legit submitted vs. Khabib and Nate lol

Sparring so lightly like that will negatively effect a fighter.
Everything is so slow and tame. Sure you can do that once in a while. But the main thing, by far to help prepare for a fight is fighting. And that can be a little off the regular pace.
Robbie Lawler famously stopped sparring altogether. His reasoning? "I already know how to fight." Then he became the champion.

Staged AF

We all know Mcg will come to Dustin with his boxing. that being said i hope Dustin takes this fight in smart way or he'll get KO.

What is the other guy doing?
Is he an actor? He stands still with his hands high and does nothing.

Fake, it loops at 3:43:50.
LOL!

Do you know the story behind that video? In order to get a film age-rated (which is the only way to have a film be commercially viable) in the U.K., you have to pay the ratings board, per minute of the film, which is tough on small independent film makers.

So this guy started a Kickstarter to raise money for the rating fee. He actually filmed 14+ hours, in case he raised enough money.

By paying the fee for 10 hours and 7 minutes for the rating, that meant the film raters had to sit through the full ten hours in order to give it the correct age-specific rating. It was a protest/FU to the film rating board, basically.

This is a very hard fight to pick. Dustin is much better at 155. He was drained and weaker at 145, and he was very young in their first fight. Add to that, Conor does not have the same power at 155, clearly.

That said, Conor outclassed him in a way that makes it hard to see a victory for Dustin, if they both go about things the same way.

If Dustin tries to go toe to toe again, he might get finished early. If he plays it smart, and gets in to round 2 or 3, he will likely win. I’m shocked by how sure people in this thread are about a victor.

There are different schools of thought, especially when you're dealing with experienced fighters.

Lmao that guy fell down like a stooge at a George Dillman Chi-KO seminar

why hasn't he released the pauli malignaggi tapes tho

I was gonna bet on Conor but after watching that footage, I will now bet on Poirier

Of all the sparring he could have posted, he choose this?

A lazy tornado kick feint, and some slow grappling..

no because conor could still stall the fight and get gifted a decision
Exactly bud, you are so scared to put your AV where your mouth is. Either put up, or shut up.

Conor just playing mental games. He's coming out hard with the pressure and the strikes as he ALWAYS does.

Poirier needs to shoot a TD early to win IMO

If I could trust the judges, I would, but I will never be the same again after seeing Holloway's mock trial in Volkanovski's kangaroo court.

Ok, lets AV bet on a finish then. If it goes to the judges the AV bet is void.

I'm so confident that I will even allow you to win the AV bet should Poirer win a decision, and if McG wins a decision, it doesn't count.

Lets not even get into Volk vs Holloway 2, because we have very different opinions on that one.

Lmao, Conor couldn't pass or do shit for like 30 seconds.

Okay so this is the bet: Poirier to win any way, any how. If Conor KOs or submits Poirier, you win. If Conor wins by decision or DQ, or if it's a draw, the bet is null. And I'll throw you a bone here, since you're betting on the drug addict: If the match ends up being called an NC due to steroids/banned substances, it will NOT reverse the outcome of the bet in any way. Only the original finish will be considered.

AV will be changed for three months for me if I lose, and six months for you!
