New CM vs CEE Study

Yet they conclude mono was better. Perhaps I need to find the entire report, but I'm not going to jump to conclusions the way other in the thread seemed to have already.

Some of the wording does seem to be confusing and I'll admit that. Having the entire study to review is probably important since abstracts often leave out very important details.

As far as jumping to conclusions

Damnit. I just bought some CEE. I was reading up on how its been said to absorb faster and how you aren't as bloated compared to CM.

I think I'll finish of the CEE since Ive been taking it for over a week. After that I guess its onto the mono. What a bummer.

As usually the Devil is in whose doing the writing and what supplement company is paying them.

It's true. I've just started getting back into shape and I bought into the things I read without much thought  I should have researched a little more. At least next time I buy creatine I'll save a few bucks and help my body out a little more.

Sorry for bumping this. If you are losing weight for a competition specifically water weight a few days out when should you cut out the creatine?

I prefer to bring my weight down over time and just tighten up the diet and only lose a little bit of water weight so its not a huge issue. There is so much info on creatine and so many threads even in this rumor section, so maybe i am over thinking the fact that creatine can cause water retention or bloating.

any help thanks.
