Ive heard the opposite. I heard shes unlikeable and insulting.

I think she acts the way she does because shes playing a character. The public Hillary Clinton is just an actor, willing to say or do anything to gain support.

Just think about the fact that she literally practices fake accents and local hillbilly slang in order to convince people to vote for her. Think about the personality of someone who would do that. She has something seriously wrong with her, and people can sense it. Shes a fraud.

I never heard that last part about her, but it doesn't matter. I already agree that she is robotic and unlikable, but I think you guys are placing too much weight on this issue as it pertains to politicians. We can elect people that you would love to have a beer with that are totally corrupt and incompetent and stupid, or we can elect people that are stiff, robotic and feel fake but are serious about policy.

I'll choose the latter every time.

You know, these conversations would be much more productive if people could honestly talk about her shortcomings instead of making absurd comparisons and attacking the intelligence of a highly intelligent, well-educated woman.

Is Hillary highly intelligent and well-educated yes.

I mean, that's just not true. She has a long history with lots of experience to show that she does back up what she says. Again, I agree that she is robotic and unlikable, and that she, like many many politicians are "fake", but you guys take it way too far.

For example, what makes you think she doesn't actually agree with policies like paid child care/maternity leave, free state college education and making improvements to the ACA? There is literally no proof that she actually things these are shit policies but pushes them because she thinks it makes her popular.

I know 2 people who say the same thing. One is ex-military/ LEO who is a very good friend who "knows a guy". I would dismiss it, but another friend, who is more politically aligned with me than my buddy, has a very close family member who said the exact same thing.

I believe she's smart and serious about policy. But she's smart and serious about the wrong policies. She has very bad instincts.
