Vedic, I like how you set up your program from just taking a glance at it. Maybe they were there but I didnt see it, but do you go off any percents or do you just move heavy weight or work up to heavy set or whatever?

The first phase won't be percentages at all. The second and third phase will have load percentages etc.
 
I am in the field of S & C and I like your set up. You get any rotator cuff and scap work in?
