I'm not making excuses for anyone. Bunch of guys walk up on him when he's alone and he gets defensive to protect himself from getting jumped, real posts shit. What does he gain from fighting a couple guy's especially considering he's already been guaranteed to fight one of them (who's the champion) do to the shit talking he's done. You can look at it as tactics to get his way.

He doesn't need to fight usman and his manager to sell a fight. You act as if this is some bullshit gangster shi t when it isn't, this is business.
