Need Help

Ive lost about 60 lbs in the past 5 months. Along with the weight, ive also lost strength. I have a high protien diet, and an otherwise good diet, though not perfect. What can I do so that i dont lose strength?
 
Make yourself a lifting routine and keep track of your gains...also make sure you are eating good and enough, there is a chance that with all of this weight you are losing your body might be catabolizing some of your muscle.

ahh, good ol' nizzle. im ahead of you on the routine and keeping track part. can you give me numbers on how much of what i should be eating? i weigh 190 lbs, and i get about 200-240g protien a day and between 2000-2500 calories.
