Keep in mind that the AV limit is only 10kb. Since the gif you posted is 405kb, the frames needed to be cut down from 70 to 10 and the colors had to be lowered down to 7, so the AV quality won't be the same as the one above. This is what it'll look like once it meets the AV requirements:
