need help posting cro cop pic at my gym

i been trying to make html for it but it doesnt show up as the picture when i post it as <img src="C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\aww gee.jpg"> i cant seem to figure it out....

 

You can't post from your own personal computer.

First upload your picture to a Photobucket account, then post it between the

 

ive been trrying to put it on photobucket for a while and can't seem to get it to work..
